Why no character creator?

Wow's character creator sucks though. You just cover everyone up with armor anyway. (usually)

Really enjoying the game, I really hope that your team will be the next "Hello Games" company and continue to provide support for this game and make a best come back story.

You can do the "Hello Games" free update model and continue to roll out contents and new chars and continue to grow the user base.

If you take a look at "Hello Games" business model, even thought they said it's free content update to the original game, technically, it's not really free since they sell the game for $59.95 and when ever they come out with "free updates", they then go on 50% sales for the game, so in a way, they are selling the game again for $29.95 ( for the new users ).

Regardless, I think you have a great foundation here and the game is awesome and if some how you can make the business model works, you will be the next "Hello Games" company and be the come back game of the year.

It seems most games post Overwatch and Fortnite want to follow that trend of trying to make marketable champions to help drive sales. Personally, I greatly prefer character creation, but it seems fewer and fewer companies want to allow that level of freedom for players compared to the potential long-term viable strategy of establishing recognizable champions.

That said, highly plausible the devs had set characters in mind for the journey, but personally especially with an ARPG I prefer to make my own character. I'll buy almost anything if it has character creation.

Character creator would have been more immersive. Could have done what BG3 did and have a creator with the inclusion of Origin characters as options. If they love their game, a character creator will be included in an update. If they respect the players, a character creator will be included in an update. If they care about neither and this is all just to get what they can from what is left of the project, it will remain as it is, and fall into the memory hole in a few months.
