Senja unlock?

Was her unlock changed? Everything I can find online says "Kill a mimic" but ive killed like, 6 with no sign of her.
Am I disgustingly unlucky? Or am I being lied to?

I think it was later in the game, maybe when you first kill the "mimic boss"?

Id heard that's the guaranteed way, but she also dropped from mimics if you were lucky enough to find one.

Senja's summoning stone has dropped from a mimic in the Codex Halls for me twice so far, the last time after the latest major patch. The drop is not guaranteed but that is definitely a way to get her.

I ended up finally getting her drop a few hours after opening this thread. Just running Codex Halls on a loop.
There was one mimic that was consistently spawning in the same spot, and eventually my effort was rewarded.

If you use an imbument on your roll, usually one will spawn.
I was tossing greed imbuments and running through without picking up any gold to avoid the debuff. Kill everything and go back for gold when I finished.
