Mass deception event
I failed it during the campaign and have only seen low deception events in expeditions. Any way to spawn a mass deception event for dungeons?
It's the last achievement I need

IIRC it only spawns in Bal Duum so just play there until it spawns I guess. Not sure if there is a way to force-spawn it through imbuements but it might be more common with greed and chaos combination as the quest told you to use that.

When you find it just look at the backs of the chests - deceivers have tiny ornament eyes, normal chests don't.
