After the Newest Update on Xbox all the AMD FSR Features are gone in Options, and the LoD Lightning Level is very low now.

Patch 1.2.0a
- Fixed an issue where Xbox Achievement names and descriptions weren’t localized in select languages.
- FSR options have been removed from Xbox due to various stability and fidelity issues. Anyone previously experiencing low quality textures on Xbox will need to delete and reinstall the game after this patch. We hope to re-enable FSR on Xbox soon.
