CRIT
Hello, i like to ask, since there is many video guides on YT and most of them says crit is not working, i thought about asking here, does CRIT work?
I cannot find any stat thats shows any form of crit chance, so if i stack both crit stats up, how can i be sure i will get a lot of crits?

I hope someone can help me out here.

First - the damage formula. For the sake of brevity Weapon Power is WP, Ability Power is AP, Critical Power is CP, Critical Rating is CR. Weapon Attacks use WP for damage calculation, Skills use AP, Weapon Skills use (AP+WP)/2. If an Echo says it does x% WP/AP damage that means it will do AP or WP divided by 10 multiplied by the percentage damage. Each skill or attack has its own damage multiplier that is used in the damage calculation.

OK, so for normal hits the damage formula is:
Damage = WP/AP * Multiplier

For critical hits the formula is:
Damage = 1.5 * (AP/WP + CP) * Multiplier

The critical hit chance calculation is also kind of simple but it has a hidden component that determined by the level of the enemy you are hitting. Basically each level has its own critical chance multiplier and your total Critical Hit Chance = CR * (Crit chance per point based on the level). The critical chance that you see in your character sheet is against enemies whose level matches your power level so the conversion is a bit tricky to do. For level 38 enemies(4443+ power) the crit chance per point is 0.001826%. For level 35 enemies(3738+ power) it is about 0.002613% per point. I tried to determine a general crit chance per point for each level formula based on the theoretical level 35 to 38 levels but nothing simple came up so I decided to not bother further. It is possible to map the chances for each level manually but it would be quite a bit of work.

When you're on the character page, you can press a button that pulls up tooltips for all your stats as you look them over. When you look at your Crit Rating stat, the game will directly tell you your average critical hit percentage chance against enemies of the same level as you. Crit Rating is critical chance (the higher, the more often you crit), while Crit Power is critical damage (the higher, the bigger your crit).

As an aside, criticals are particularly valuable for the Survivalist characters, Silo and Venomess, since their signature class feature is "Expose Weakness," which says that when they score a critical hit, they tag an enemy and increase all incoming damage by 10% for 6 seconds. They have no major preference for Weapon Power (basic attacks) or Ability Power (skills), but they really like crits.

I like to ask both, does this mean that you would spec all that you could into any crit you can get in the Talents and also, would you put purely crit echo as much as possible you could?
I been testing with Senja and seems like she does more dmg with High crit rating and weapon power put together.

IMO putting everything into crit rating and crit power is a viable strategy only for the Survivalist characters(Silo, Ven) because they get additional crit chance from their weapon mastery and even for them that is not the only possible build path. Focusing on WP or AP as a primary stat and on CR as a secondary is pretty viable as well but then so is not bothering with crit at all.

Crits are valuable on Silo and Ven, but that doesn't mean you should ignore everything else. WP and AP are what ensure you deal damage in the first place, while Health, Resilience, and the defense stats ensure you, y'know, don't suddenly explode when an enemy touches you. This is especially on top of the utility they provide, between Silo's crowd control and Venomess's self and team sustain, providing a bigger bag of tricks than most other characters.
