Can we have an option for increasing enemy respawn delay in the open world.
It feels bad when enemies I killed 2 min ago are alive and well. Makes it feel very pointless, I'd rather have the arpg standard where they respawn on every new session or at the very least give us an option to increase the delay to something less jarring like 20 min or something. This is not an MMO.

I agree, I would love to see this. I like being able to clear out an area, and right now it's not possible (at least in the over world). I understand why they didn't do it when the game was still going to be an MMO, but now it seems a bit out of place. They gave us an option to disable world scaling - something as simple as "zones only repopulate when you travel to a new zone" option would be welcome.

hi..

yeah.. transitioned from mmo to arpg and forgot to tweak the respawn rates. the faster respawn rates make sense for an mmo. not so much in the games current iteration. i noticed this as well. (just starting out). hopefully gets looked into.

+1, now that it's been pointed out i can't unsee it, you're right it would be much more comfortable with longer respawns

How often are they respawning? We changed the respawn timer to I believe 5 or 10 minutes a few patches ago because people had this feedback.

I think not every spawn has been affected by the higher timer, maybe it's quest monsters?
For example the Shrikes high on Godsblood at the exit of the city in the plains seem to respawn super fast.
