i failed the patch

I downloaded the patch but it doesnt start installing it just sits there stuck on 0%...

It says patch failed downloadeable files missing

i tried a couple times but it dont work and its making entire steam behave bad i had to shut down my entire pc O o

veryfying works but after that it starts installing agen and that gets stuck on 0% bleh ill try remove and reinstall game later...

Oh ffs i reinstalled the game fresh whitout patch and i could play.
But i didnt realise i didnt do the patch yet,
so i downloaded patch no problem but then i cant install patch...
It keeps gettin stuck on 0%....
DID ANYONE ELSE ACTUALLY INSTALL THIS PATCH ?
I tried installing patch multiple times didnt work , tried veryfiying files didnt work either.
Tried full reinstall didnt fix it either i dont know what else i can do on my end. :(

same thing to me, same thing happened to cycle frontier, it is using my hdd instead of sdd, i had to uninstall and reinstall completely to fix, really bad development

106 gb downloaded to get this game to work........good thing I have unlimited data

Atleast you can still play the patch :P.
I can still play the version before the patch lol
But as soon as i download the patch it gets downloaded
it gets stuck on 0% installing. And after waiting for forever aborting it
gives the message some files have not been downloaded on the download screen.
Wasted 3-4hours today installing and uninstallking and installing agen and veryifying crap grrrrrrrrr. :D

Sounds like you don't have enough free space for the game files to write itself.
Check what is the patch size when it's updating, not the download size.
44GB free space is what I need for this current patch, even if the download is 29GB you still have to write the new files, while keeping the old files, until it's done then it can overwrite the old files.
Or uninstall the game and reinstall, that way you only need free space matching the game install size.
