Is there any benefit or should i stay on my first lvl 30?

Yes, Wayfinder rank. It caps at 30. Once at 30 each character can use all talent points.

Affinity will be there too but to get Max you'll need to awaken each character (or your favorites)

Also you'll keep earning resonance past 30 which you can use to level up fast on alt wayfinders

When you have a lvl30 and all the nice echos, then you can put those on any low level and level them by doing Myth Hunts with it :D There is no quicker way to level than that and then soon all yout characters are 30 and have 5 stars...
So just stay on the first lvl30 untill you feel you have enough gear for the next class you wanna play is good enough.
