After a bit of research
Noticed there were founder pack items, are these obtainable at the moment at all since we can no longer buy these?

There is no "legit" or intended way of obtaining them but you can use a save editor to unlock/enable those items, along with giving yourself 7 founder coins for the founder shop exclusives.
