DEV Support Requested --- 1.0 Release crashing on both Dx12 and Dx11
Hey Dev's,

Could use some assistance, W/ the newest release I'm crashing to a black screen, and can only get out of it by a complete hard boot of my pc, This is a complete new install of the newest release of the game. I can still hear the game running, but I can't do or access anything in game or my entire workstation. My Workstation is all up to date on all drivers, it's quite beefy top of the line last gen and can play anything on ultra settings, although I've toned down the settings for this game due to it still needs optimized.

The issues seem to be tied to my GPU which is a ASUS 3090 TI OC factory overclock, my Win 11 is 24H2, and all drivers up to date system wide. I've tried changing over by using the -DX11 switch in the starting target since the log indicated it was tied to DX12 and still crashed as stated above on -dx11. Older version of game I had no issues at all like this, I'm I think at level 12 in the game. First crash was inside the bar, and second after I switched over to -DX11 was inside my apartment.

I tried to gain access to the discord to get help, but can't gain full access to it due to I can't verify by cell since I don't own a cell phone. So here I am.

According to the "CrashContext.runtime-xml this is what the header of the crash instance states is causing the crash:

Where can I send you my crash logs, and .dmp file and even save file so this can be looked into and resolved, so I can play the game?

Just an email so I'm can compress them up and send them to be looked at by a dev on the team so I can get resolution and play the game.

I would join discord and open a support ticket w/ your DXDiag attached.

As I stated above, I can't verify to gain full access to the discord channel due to I can't verify w/ a cell phone since I don't own one. I've joined it but I can't verify to even see the entire channel or even post on it to open a support ticket.

Not everyone owns or needs a cell phone. I'm retired and use a landline and can't receive texts, so that's why I post here for assistance to get a dev email to send you guys the files to help resolve this issue.
