Finding Higher level Accessories

Am i right in assuming that in order to find accessories above level 30, i need to farm mythic bosses above power level 4400 and have the needed Imbuement active?
For instance, i'm trying to get my hands on a level 38 amulet of fervor, the wiki states a solar imbuement, but doesnt state the power level of the boss.
Would 4400 be right?

Above the 4400k mythic hunts you can get those 38 acc , but only those who got drops from those bosses. Under 4400k its all lvl 35, this mythic with the diff imbuement stills remain. Hope to get more infos later on

Nah, you can get level 38 and 40 accessories from augments, it is just rare because the accessory drop rate is low to begin with and if you include the augment loot table then when an accessory rolls you are far more likely to get a blue accessory from that table than a purple one from either the same table or the boss's table.

Otherwise item level is tied to the content power level. 3700 power level content drops level 35 accessories and that content includes Crucible dungeons drop level 35 accessories as well as most of the Mythic Hunts. The 4400 power level bosses drop level 38 accessories and 4900 power level bosses drop level 40 accessories.
