hi how can i unlock grendel and venomess ?

For Grendel - just progress through the story and he will get unlocked after you beat the second "hunt" boss. For Venomess you have to kill the Night's Maw open world boss. Let me copy/paste an earlier post of mine below that explains how to do it:



For the entrance to Night's Maw arena - go to Codex Halls teleport point and climb up the steps. When facing the Codex Halls dungeon entrance go to the right into the underground cave and keep to the right until you see a cavern with three glowing skeletons at the far end.

To get the bait you need to find half-buried chests from all around the highlands zone and unbury them. They will either net you a Wurm Bait or you will fight goblins. There is also a second type of half-buried chest in the caves where the boss fight arena is and when you interact with those you will fight kobolts and then get a bait from the chest.
