Witchcharmed Effigy?

I've done 5 expeditions on the hollow heart and no ley line pillar event's, is there a better way to farm for the effigy? or do i just have to keep doing expeditions?

Generally speaking any reaver woods specific event would net you Effigies and not just the leyline events. Fastest way to farm them IMO is to go to Frostmarch, get a bunch of keys from overseers and then run Bone Orchard and unlock cages. If there is a chest in the cage you will immediately gain 2 most of the time, if there is a person you have to speak with them one or two times to get 2.
