Tastes differ of course, but it scratches my looter-hoarder instincts the way Warframe never quite managed to.
And did Airship Syndicate win anything in legal battles? Like that's super scummy to support a dev, and then at the most pivotal moment just completely back out.
Obviously they should get the rights in DE is going to toss it in the dumpster, and they ruined the whole thing anyways, lol, but did they get anything like reparations?
There is indeed still co-op. Right now it's invite-based, so you'll be making use of your Friend List, but they're working on a quick-match system. It's not implemented yet but they've shown off the prototype, so it's coming along.
As for legal info, if any of those legal battles ended in a settlement we may never hear about the details, since that stuff is often paired with a nondisclosure clause/agreement, or they may have already signed a non-disparage agreement ahead of time. At any rate Airship Syndicate seems to still be afloat - I guess that what matters in the end?
Nobody cares what cheaters think about video games.
