the game now says it will not have micro transactions. so im guessing season 2 isnt coming as well
the game sold us digital micro transactions and never gave us the items we paid for.
DE may have cut there funding. but airship decided to not give us the items we paid for
All founder's pack items will be delivered, including the Season 2 Reward Tower when Echoes Update launches.
So they paid for $150 for nothing pretty much.
"This purchase contains consumable content that cannot be refunded."
AS said they had all the money they needed to finish the game while also laying off 10% of their company surely AS is a competent studio!
The entire situation is who's fault lol? Surely you jest. You mean all these months of bad decisions by the developers were in fact the publishers fault? I wish i could blame other people for all my mistakes too.
AS is liable for refunds, AS can sue DE if they need to. To become whole again if DE is to blame for everything if they have the proof to document those damages. Although i doubt only DE is to blame for all of this. The developer was making a mmo in the first place? DE was just the publisher, and if they could have they would of taken another publisher to continue that route. Instead they decided to turn the project into a single player game instead. You know the best part in all of this? They never asked the community if they wanted an mmo that was now a single player game. So much for feedback, so much for early access community involvement right?
Are you 12? Do you not understand how important publishers are to game development?
Did you not hear of Microsoft shutting down entire studios despite them being profitable?
Publishers have a MASSIVE influence on game development. Get educated.
Could you make it anymore obvious you don't have a single clue what you're going on about? lmao
