Official refund thread
The previous thread "mysteriously" disappeared so I'm bringing back awareness to this. The controversy wont be forgotten.

For the newcomers this is a quick summary:
Airship games decided to turn this into an offline game with coop after it's been an semi-mmo type of game during most of it's Early Access life.

DLC worth up to 150$ was sold in order to support the development (of a semi-mmo)
The rewards from the packs bought by player who wanted to support the game will be farmable by everyone. Their currency bought with real money will be turned into farmable currency. Everyone's progression will be reset but if that was all it would've been sad but acceptable.

I don't know anyone who would buy a 150$ skin for an offline game, this practice shouldn't be tolerated.

Airship games blames Digital Extremes, their previous publisher for this. I don't know who's fault it really is and I don't care, players are the ones getting the bad end of the stick as always. Now Airship games are the publisher and developer so they are the ones we demand our money from, if they feel wronged by DE they can go after them.

Players are entitled to request a refund if they think the game violated Steam's policies, it is up to Steam's support to determine if that request is justified.
Get the ball rolling.

it's right here. There's nothing mysterious about it.
