How does cooperation work ?

For the moment I know that we can play with three players, but since there is no matchmaking I wonder how the multiplayer works. By invitation only I suppose ?

I'm trying to invite via steam contact windows, but it doesn't work, i don't know if we need to get to a certain point in the quest (but the option to invite through steam is available)

You have to progress a bit. I think its after you get to the highlands

I did it, i needed to restart steam also. 🙂

I don't have the game yet. I wanted to know more about the multiplayer before purchasing it.
For me, an option for Matchmaking should have been there when it came out, I know it's early access but the multiplayer is restricted, for a game that was supposed to be an MMO....

I'm not sure, but i think matchmaking is on the roadmap. But for now it's peer to peer coop.
