Login failure (Error Code 0)
Hi guys

I initially bought the game back when EA dropped but refunded it shortly after, since it had these massive performance issues.

Would like to give it a second try, so I went ahead and bought it again past weekend - only to not being able to log in to the game.

I'm getting the same message on repeat.

"Kicked. An error occurred. Please try again. Error code {0}"

Tried my way through the official zendesk/support, but all I got is a standard reply which doesn't help at all.

Anyone here had the same issue and kind enough to tell me, how to get this fixed?

still have the bug...

still have the bug. Nice one devs keep it going
after contacting support, the game finally works
So far Yiran has no solution 2024-02-15~2024-02-21
The login error started after I updated for the second time.
