The room to decode tracers in undercroft needs to spawn more often

I'm not sure exactly how but for this quest I had it 2/3 completed when I first decided to track it, so since I was missing just 1 I started farming undercroft. BRUH, I probably spent like about 10 hours within 2 days just spamming this lost zone and it just doesnt spawn anymore for me. Maybe i'm doing something wrong but im pretty sure based on what I read online it just has a very low spawn chance. This is ridiculous, its annoying me to a point where i'm considering just quitting the whole game entirely. The chance for this room to spawn needs to be increased imo.

There is a Answer to that on Discord FAQs, they will fix it.

Q: Where are the Decoder events for Hidden Knowledge?
A: There is a known issue with Decoder events, where they have an extremely low spawn rate in the Undercroft.

In addition, there have been reports that the event won't register for the Hidden Knowledge quest if completed inside the Repository of Knowledge instead.

Throw on an imbuement and don't play on sphere 1. I see these events constantly as I farm greed runs for gold.

You can decode 3 tracers in one event. You could have finished that quest the first time you found a decoder if you had the tracers lol.

I've seen this room both with and without the boss spawned to begin with, neither time did it actually work for me to get credit for decoding though, definitely buggy beyond just not showing up but rare af
