Now I actually feel stupid for lvling daggers when I could have a gun haha. Cause now I have to re lvl it. But how does it work with niss skills for example ? cause they are made for melee kinda.
Its never stupid to level something. They are going to introduce a progression system that rewards you for having done that.
OR dual pistols IMAGINE xD yeah sounds fun tho
There is a shotgun but you have to craft it. The only base weapons are sword/board, daggers, rifle, and axe. The only thing that changes with a different weapon equipped is weapon ability; the "Q" ability (base daggers is an AoE dagger throw). All other abilities of a wayfinder stays the same.
That dash of her doesnt really seem fitting with a gun tho ? like idk
I mean repositioning at high speeds fits with any type of weapon. She seems to generate magic daggers out of thin air anyway.
You may look into crafting a great sword if daggers are not doing it for you. Other than that, try unlocking another wayfinder and hope their play style better suits what you're looking for.
This is one of the things I'm not a huge fan of about this game, but should've expected it given the publisher. In order to try new things, you have to unlock them (or buy it). If you're not enjoying something, well to bad. Suffer through playing it trying to unlock something that you hopefully will like. Don't like that thing you just unlocked and want to unlock something else? Nope, too bad; no refunds. If you were to open your wallet though...
Edit: My bad, what I saw was actually a rifle. I just mistook it for a shotgun because it had an ability called "Scattershot" which sounded shotgun-ish.
