can't use weapon on heroic kyros

as the title said i bought the Exalted Founder's pack but i can't equip weapon on my heroic kyros but it work fine on venomess, anyone know i can fix it?

I can't equip weapons on venomess.

I can equip venomess without problem but can't use Herioc Kyros.

I equipped tooth and claw on heroic kyros, instead it shows up as a the gun on the battle pass and I club things to death with it. If I die and respawn however I can't jump or attack and have to leave game to fix. Not sure if that is a kyros bug or something to do with showing the wrong weapon type.

Steam moderation is notoriously bad. It is not really their fault - they are overcrowded with stupidity and therefore only glance up at the reported posts without doing any deep research and the rules on steam are sufficiently lax that unless you call someone an idiot to their face or you are blatantly racist, sexist, etc. you will likely get off with a warning at most. Even if they decide to ban someone the ban lasts for a day or two and after that trolls are back to it again.

Most of steam moderation is through AI..
All actual steam mods are paid employee's.. there are no "community mods anymore". Devs/PR can and have moderated their own steam discussions. Seems they don't care about their own steam forums to not be here whatsoever. Says a lot.

Criticism isn't a bannable offense.
When devs start to ban on steam forums because of feelings the reddit/4chan nerds come out. You're upset over someone point out facts.. imagine getting actual trolls.

Not worth the time investment and the mental health of your employees. Can you imagine your work being deleting ♥♥♥♥-posts from the shroom guy all day long?
