At what point does this become a legal issue?
So im seeing posts in the discord server around the fact that if the devs cant get these issues resolved within a time frame or time window then you people can start pressing charges or take legal under the criminal act of money theft is that ture or are people going nuts lol?

On top of charging for access and then denying access, they promised cross-progession and the site to link accounts crashed within minutes and never got fixed

They’re in trouble

It’s not a simple as servers are unstable, they literally disabled login and stopped letting players in. That’s bad

You really think that the same dude that is raging about the money he paid, has the financial backup to make a law suit? :)

And a law suit against an Early acces title, on a platform that explains what Early acces means?

Good luck!

That was quick !

This wouldn't be a random dude pushing the law suit, it would be a class action with thousands of people involved. In a class action legal fees are taken from the money rewarded from the case, not from each individual person. You can't take $150 ($130 of which is non-refundable) from thousands of people then not provide the product. There's a difference between early access and no access.

gee, you know nothing john snow

lawyers love these lawsuits and will probably look into it for free. If not ... maybe $100

people are suing to get back their money. The person doing all the legwork gets millions and the lawyer will take a cut of that millions.

so end product is.

people get their money back and the person sueing gets rich and so does the lawyers.

and your game probably dies, so best you start investing more money into this game to keep it alive haha

And there's a difference between willingly revoking access and having problem and actively trying to fix them. Some people are really going crazy over nothing lol dont worry you will have access to the game in the meantime just go to something else it's that simple

They willingly disabled login. They closed the door and turned everyone away

the issue is not that the game is not working ... the issue is the refund. Best they start giving back money.

They best setup something with steam to allow refund for DLC. They have your steam ID, all they need to do is coordinate with steam for refund, but they are refusing to do that.

therefore lawsuit
