How to change name color?

I see ways to change marble color but nothing for the actual name color and ive seen people with different color names before, thanks!

Name colours represent your status within the Streamers Channel, Mod = Green, Founder = Hot Pink, VIP = Pink, Subscriber = Blue, Non Sub = White, The other 3 colours you will see are Purple = Developer & Orange = Community Support, and for those that hold a Global record on tracks... Record Holder = Yellow.
