If it is RANK Kansai
Can that NG method come out automatically after that?

If you are looking to set up Marbles so that the tracks autorun by themselves, then no.

I'm not sure if this is what you are asking, but maybe try out Grand Prix mode. You can select up to 16 tracks to run in advance, then you press Next Race instead of selecting a track over and over again. Hopefully that helps!
