can't fight the first waterfall cave ghost

the game won't let me fight the first ghost in the waterfall cave... i tried closing and re-opening the game, but i still can't do anything. what do i do?

Hello - sorry for the inconvenience, but could you describe the error in more detail? E.g does the game freeze when the ghost interacts with you, or does nothing happen inside combat, etc? If you are able to send screenshots/video/gif to grimmshollowgame@gmail.com, that would also help.

For now, try and see if switching modes in the settings have anything do with it. Thank you.
