My game wont run and I keep getting this error code

It can't find the configuration file, which means there is no working XIII.ini nor Default.ini accessible for some reason. If you can't restore it, the easiest way would be to reinstall the game.

I have Assertion failed: RenDev [File:WinViewport.cpp] [Line: 787]

Geschichte: UWindowsViewport::OpenWindow <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

I could start it with System File than XII.ini and set

StartupFullscreen=True

to

StartupFullscreen=False

But i cant get it back in Game from Window to Fullscreen?
