Any difference from the GOG version?

As the title says. Is it identical, or does this version have differences/updates?

I don't know, but i think that some youtubers mentioned that gog version is better than steam version, i just don't remember who said it and why. But i just finished it here on steam and i had no problems with it tho.

The GoG version probably comes with a fan patch like Vampire:The Masquerade Bloodlines

The GOG version has cloud saves and can be played offline with no DRM required. Also, if you have a buddy. you can install the game on his PC without gog and can enable online multiplayer through the 1.4.2.1 patch.
