XIII classic multiplayer has been active again since 2018 with the 1.4.2 patch

you can play online at anytime with private dedicated servers that have been active since 2018. Just have an original copy of XIII or the gog-release and apply the patch and enjoy drm free multuplayer with 24/7 servers. i hope to see you guys there soon.

It's an old game and most people don't know about the patch. The servers have been online for over two years now.

there are four dedicated servers to play online at the moment from opaquit and insidexiii.com

I have the original 4 CD version, so this will work with that? I never played the game as it just crashed on my PC back in the day.

I've tried to install this patch several times over and keep getting the error 'The program can't start because MSVCR70.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'

Does it not work on Windows 7?

there must be something wrong with your installation of windows, then. look for the missing files online ad try copying them into your windows system folder.
