Automation question / hauling jobs?

Let's say I produce trees in an area, I have a worker limited to the area and a chest with tree filter so all trees are dropped here. Now, how do I create a hauling job to transfer these to a central storage?
Or is there a smarter way to do this?

Set another chest with a higher priority outside of the area in which this guy is trapped (or set this chest to low priority, but make sure the lumberjack can't leave this zone). Another worker with permissions to enter should come by and take the stuff out to put into your other chest?
