Settlement Flag Customization

It'd be nice to be able to craft or choose different customizations for the settlement flag instead of the tiny little wooden pole with your sprite on it. Something that fits the vibe of the place, maybe a big stone fountain with a big flag in the center that has a customizeable emblem, or a massive statue, possibly of your own character, or something of that kind.
