Need help with glitched item.

I was able to collect all of the items in the game and have a nearly complete character. The only problem is the Empty Pendant didn't register as being picket up. It has been used and expanded my trinket spaces so I cannot get another one.

I tried creating a new world and killing the Void wizard again but it seems to be 1 per character even as a drop.

It is really annoying as I was able to get every other item/trinket/set bonus in the game.

Any one have an idea?

Best I can offer is to make a new world & character, use multiplayer to transfer a combat kit to the newbie, then kill the boss and reverse the transfer. You should either get it then, or bring the item back to your world, drop it in a dungeon, and pick it back up.
