Secret Service achievement requirements?

I didn't get the achievement and idk why, it is bugged?

I equiped sunglasses, blazer and dress shoes in two guards and invited them to join my party and didn't get the achievement :c

I also tried:
- equipping these items as visual, as equipments, with and without weapon
- kicking the others guards from the settlement,

I got the achievement recently and I don't remember there being anything tricky. Maybe try going down a ladder to see if that triggers it.

I tried with the normal ladder and the blue one, but the achiev didn't pop :c

Seems to be working 🤔
Make sure that you only have 2 guards in your party. Also make sure they're both guards. You can't use farmers, animal keepers etc.
Last, make sure you're not on a world/character that has used cheats :)
