Cave Puzzles?

I have found a few stairs in caves that go down to another level (not a deep cave). There are usually 3 stairs. Two of them go down to a treasure vault with a maze kind of puzzle. The third one goes to another maze, but in this one you have to navigate through arrow traps. It's SO HARD! I was wondering what I'm missing. I can't find any information about it anywhere online.
Oh, and when you enter the puzzle space potions and healing doesn't work...so if you get hurt you can't heal w/o leaving the puzzle space.
Any help is appreciated because I'm getting my butt kicked!

I usualy do it in 4 phase, one for each section, and go back up to heal between each of them. Once you finish a section, there is a lever that opens up the end door of that section and the entrance of the next one.

Vampire gift can be of help, so do switching to keyboad control (I mostly play with a gamepad but keyboard is more precise when placement is key).

As for the actual puzzles, you need to watch the timing of the firing or moving traps and use the terrain as cover. For the first one (arrows), you need to make small burst of movement in between firing and stop behind cover.

It takes some patience, timing and precision but I beat the puzzles on my second try and never failed afterward as even at 100 health I had more then enough health so survive a single section even if I took a few hits with small mistakes.

I do the ones with the maze just fine- it's the one with the arrow maze that trips me up. I got through it once, then died on the next part with the spikes.

From what I've noticed you don't lose much if you quit. Some gold, some accessories and 2-3 Vinyls. For me the Second room was hard with saw blades and spike-arrow room and the final saws to.

I wonder if it's easier in single player? I play with my brother on a server he has through AWS and I've noticed, when watching him do the maze puzzle (not the arrow one) that he jumps around spasmodically, which I know he isn't doing IRL. I've also randomly been hit inappropriately. Yes, I know we all blame the controls from time to time but this happens too frequently to be 100% operator error.

I may try leveling up my single player and see if it works better there.

Me and some friends did this today and one found a 50hp permanent boost item in the end loot.

If you have the dash ability, you can outrun some of the blades, as it takes time for them to actually start to spawn when you reach the next stage (the second one, i think ?), so you can go ahead and dash (and use speed potion, too) to the next stage of the room ;)

Can this increase your health over "base 300" or not ? cause there's ways to get to that point easy in the game with 1 or 2 type of items (depending on what you prefer), but if i can go higher, that's another story :O
