Crops not growing or getting harvested
I recently planted Carrots, Potatoes and Eggplants. When they grew, they weren't getting harvested, so I moved them, now they won't even fully grow. Any suggestions?

You don't need fertilizer zones for them to get harvested. The likely problem is that you've used restrict zones and your settlers are not allowed on those crop tiles.
Other causes could be that your settlers inventories are full and you need to assign more storage or free up some space.
Or that the crops are simply out of range. The settlers have a work radius of 100 tiles around their bed.
Last would be that the settlers are simply too busy with other things. Maybe you haven't prioritized farming, or they have other farming tasks they will do that are closer first :)

Double check that you have assigned a fertilizing work zone. Its done in Settlement>assign work> not sure the name of the last option Assign fertilizing or something. Let me know if this fixes the issue for you! Also make sure you have not turned off fertilization as a priority for your workers.

It's working now, thank you so much.
But none of my other crops are fertilised and they're doing fine so I'm not really sure why it's only these three that are giving troubles.

So marking them for fertilizing just prompts your NPC's to work the fields you don't need the fertilizer for it to work per se. Also some of the plants grow slower than the others at least I'm pretty sure. Could be wrong. My only other suggestion is to separate those plants from the others in a seperate "fertilizer zone" I don't know if it works with plants but I know when your breeding animals only a certain number can spawn per block. for example a 5x5 can only support 15 animals meanwhile a 10x10 can support like 30 etc. so just break the segment they are growing in away from the others and see if that fixes it.

Didn't know there was a limit to how far away they could be, thank you! I'm pretty sure that was the issue
