Option to change settler appearence
I didn't really like the new randomness of the settlers' appearance, most of them look weird

Ironically my stylist was the first one I changed, as she wasn't nearly fabulous enough. But also my fallen pirate captain had emo hair and that had to go.

I didn't know about this NPC, I'll look for it, thank you. There is a mod to change the appearance of NPCs, but it has not been updated.
