[SOLVED] With your help I have a fallen altar. Now what?

It says I need a specific tablet but have non idea where to get one. The wiki says I should have one from the Fallen Wizard, which I have killed multiple times in multiple dungeons and not gotten one to put in the altar. What do I do now?

I am pretty sure you have got one from killing the Fallen Wizard. Try to double check your chests :)

I will look again, but pretty sure I don't have one. If I don't, is there some way to generate a new one? It would seem to be a hard stop to the game if that tablet can never be reproduced in case it's lost. Hopefully there's a way to get another if I don't have the first one.

You can get more if you kill the Fallen Wizard again. He respawns after a few minutes. But once you have the first one, you will get more in the area that the first one opens

I found one in a chest along with a bunch of other stuff with similar shape. I must have thought it was just part of the same batch of items. Thanks for suggesting I give another look :)
