Villager not working
My one and only villager only farmed some on the first day and has done nothing since. It's been a couple of days and all she does is walk around and sleep.

Don't know if it makes a difference but I use farmland as the towns pathways.

Most likely, you did not place storage chests down, or you did not give your villagers access to them. They have an inventory like you, and when it is full, they cannot drop them on the ground. After that, they cannot pick anything up so will not work.

i'd say Gamerzilla nailed it as to the reasoning behind your issue. To elaborate a tad, to grant villagers access to a chest, simply click the little green house icon inside the storage menu. This will change the house icon to a gear icon, which you can use to adjust any future settings you wish to implement, such as filtering out items and setting priority levels.

Clicking on the settlement flag or pressing C will bring up your settlement's control panel or sorts... you can do a variety of things in this mode, such as set work priorities for each settler, assign zones for them, and adjust their diet restrictions.

That's kinda weird I have to look at the chest settings before they will use it.

I was stuck like this too for a bit then saw that the villager had a tooltip saying inventory was full and I looked and he had full pockets. You have to set up your storage for them. I like this because it allows you to micromanage what is going where and who is doing it. I will set up a box to take all the farm raw food next to the farms, then a guy would take it from there and cook it and put it in another box in the "dining room".

It didn't help me... He has an empty inventory, he just doesn't work, he sleeps, walks and eats all the time, while everything is fine with all the other residents.

Is Lazy Villager configured with work priorities? Maybe his are missing or wrong. Like Elphame_Gold suggested, click C and check his Work Priorities.

Did you create reserved areas? Should he be assigned to one? Click C and check the Reserved settings.
Things to check:
access to a chest
Work priorities
restrict zones
happiness affects how often the villager goes idle
fertilize zone (Not sure if this helps, but I've never had lazy villagers in my 20+ settlement, and I always make sure the crops are outlined in fertilize zone)
