Suggestion: Move chests without destroying them

Currently me and my friend have our storage setup in a medium-sized room. Naturally as we've collected more resources we've had to expand the room and move things around.

Unfortunately an annoying limitation we have to work around is the fact that we have our settlers depositing materials into multiple of our chests, and removing the chests to put them somewhere else would erase the settler orders to put stuff in there, causing us to have to re-order the settlers every time we wanted to move chests around.

My suggestion is some sort of ability or option that allows you to pick up and move chests around without having to destroy and replace them, since currently I don't think this is a thing you can do. I'm not sure if any technical limitations make this hard or impossible but it would be great for us as it'd allow us to have a more dynamic storage room.

Here is an easy solution for you if you're struggling to find a less complicated way to move items from one chest to another while keeping the same inventory rules.

Go to your original chest, go into the settings, copy the settings, create a new chest in whatever location, paste the settings into the new chest, clear (restrict) all settings on original chest, and change/destroy/move original chest to your liking.

Don't forget you can limit how much of a specific item goes into each chest in addition to simply saying what type of items to put in a chest. You can do this by clicking (or hovering, can't remember) on each item in the settings of the chest.
