Disable Cheats

So, i enabled cheats to just check it out,im get that theres no invincible command, so i wanted to disable them, but i cant, but i want to play with achivments, please say how to disable them.

By the way, rejoining the world not helped

It's unfortunately not possible to disable them once you have them enabled. There should've been a clear warning about this when you enabled them, and you'll have to create a new world.

The game is still fully playable, and the only thing is the achievements. If you can look past that

Thats sad,ill wait for any update that will add disabling or something, i know someone can get every achivment thing, but how about all things you do with help of cheats will redo when you disable cheats, if theres no way to do that (if it hard to make), well then ill remake the world

That's unfortunately not possible. If you want to test out something, you could create a backup from the main menu load screen and enable cheats on that :)

Sorry for the late reply. You can open the folder in settings -> general -> open saves folder, or navigate to %APPDATA%/Necesse/saves

Out of curiosity, how do these cheats work, please? I just went into the save file, enabled Cheats in worldSettings.cfg, went back in-game, and I don't see a difference. Or do I have to reload the game to see a cheat menu thing pop up somewhere?

Turn off cheats - its easy. Create a new world, copy "worldsettings" from new world. delete "worldsetting" from old world, paste "worldsettings" to old world. Ready

This thread is 3 months old. Please check the date of a thread's last post before you reply. The issues you're trying to assist with likely aren't even happening anymore.

Propably. But it could help someone else, so ....

in the worldSettings.cfg file you'll see the line allowCheats = false which you can simply change to allowCheats = true to enable cheats, it's the same as using the command mentioned above but this way you can also disable cheats to enable achievements again.

It is irrelevant how old the thread is bud. If someone has something helpful to add, they can add it. Get off your high horse.
