Stuck in the hospital

Hi.

I've been steaming the game on my twitch for 3 sessions now, last 2 sessions were a nightmare.... i'm stuck in the hospital, i can't figure out what to do.

I foudn the bag being the picture, but what ever i do, i can't open it.
i checked walthroughs by the dozen, not a single one has the same thing that's happening to me.

I can't open the bag behind the picture, when i get to the floor with the bleeding statue i get killed everytime

I found one x ray and a second one on this floor, but i get killed so i can't use it.

I understand that i need to find the sequence of floors, but how? how do i know which floors are good ?

you should be able to open the bag. Please can you provide the stream you done so I can figure out what happens?

try taking a look at my vid playthrough i posted in guides and see if that helps you. i know i had issues with the floor sequences also but eventually got it all figured out. since i don't really want to post the answer here unless u ask me too
