If you look at the game minimum requirements you can see that it's pretty intensive if you use an integrated GPU like that or a not 4Core/4Threads CPU minimum.Those integrated graphics are bad for many games if not less demanding ones,light indie games or some eSport ones but probably always at very low/low settings unless you go on old titles.
Try this,read what the first person in the forum suggest and follow his guide to make the game looking so bad but it might fix the issue:

Also if you have less than 8GB of ram,hoping it's atleast DDR3,then you might consider an upgrade because without a decent SSD for your paging files you might have lot more of frame drops.
Thank you now i understand the problem then i will try my best with it because you know its quite difficult to upgrade anything right now due to the high price of upgrading anything really it was my worst decision to buy a macbook thinking it will be reliable and good for gaming i will buy a new pc in the future when i have the money
