[Bug][LC][Spoiler] A interactable exclamation mark disappears in a loaded game

In Lost Caravan, if you load Day 1 and interact with the exclamation mark which initiates the event about Demetrius, the exclamation mark will disappear after the event finishes and you will no longer be able to give Demetrius a medicine.

If you have progressed for many days and want to start over from Day 1, the workaround is avoiding loading Day 1 and starting anew instead.
