More animals?

Hey, I love the game so far! I have a small suggestion to make it more interesting in my opinion.

Let's say an animal dies or is killed by a player, but there are still 2 chickens or 2 pigs. Could they then have "children"? Like if there is an empty slot in the animal house, every day there would be 10% chance that a new animal is born there.
I think it would make a lot of sense, since players could kill the animals once in a while if they don't have enough meat without being afraid of losing them forever

This would be great if there is ever an 'endless' mode. With the siege only being a few days, breeding would be a little odd ;)
