A great deal of difference. I started on the mobile and it is much harder to get things done and level and you can spend real money to purchase things to make it easier. I did not use real money and it is really hard to control horses on mobile even though I was on a tablet it was still hard. Course I have arthritis in my hands and that did not help. I was really glad when it came out on PC. I think mobile gets things first and maybe they have things that PC doesn't . I have not played Mobile since PC version came out.

Difference is that you dont need to spend real money, you can create your own horses with creator (and breed them after 20th prestige), you get easily unique coats, dont need to wait when horse is training or something is upgrading... You only wait in breeding and foal caring.
But yeah, updates are slower here than on mobile, there are no teams, no traits, must wait everytime when you start a new game becouse you cant skip it (like really, why on mobile where we have one save we can skip it, but on pc we cant...? I dont need to listen Francis for so many times... :D).
the mobile game has more people playing but in desktop mode u dont need to wait to do things like train horses and stuff u can farm a account fast only using gold that u dont need for micro transiction and stuff i play both mobile and desktop
The difference is the mobile version is pay to win and after some time pay to get anything done in reasonable amount of time. Meanwhile the PC version is a buy once get the entire game and all future updates without ever having to pay for microtransactions. It comes down to whether you prefer a more online but more expensive experience or a pay once single player horse racing game where you can do whatever you want whenever you want.
