Horse creator in career mode

Just my opinion but I feel like this really takes away from the game. One of the most satisfying feeling's is breeding horse after horse in search of the perfect one with stats and pattern and finally it happens. Granted, A top notch Lvl 10, 225 225 225 225 225 horse is upwards of twenty four million, but personally id like this feature removed from career mode.

Why on earth would you begrudge other people using it to the point of suggesting it be removed from a single player game?

Yours is that you'd like something completely and entirely optional removed from the game merely because you do not like it.

Good morning,

none of my horses come from this system. all my horses come from my stallion/mare crosses in my stable. to bring in new blood, I buy horses via the horse market. each his own way...

I think its more gratifying and enjoyable to build your stable from scratch also. Respect.

That's great, to each their own. I think the main point was more about giving people the choice to use it or not. If such a mechanic is taken out all together then there isn't a choice.

Nope. The main point was that I felt it takes away from the challenge of the game. I fully realize It's not going to be taken out of the game. Don't get it twisted.

I just reread your original post. The very last line was that you would like to have it removed all together. We both know one person's want isn't going to change anything. I'm just saying it seems wrong to want something done that takes choice away from others regardless of if it will happen or not. Nothing got twisted. It was a direct response to a direct comment. People are not allowed to disagree anymore?

It's possible the OP is suggesting that the option to use the creator is taken out of career mode and put elsewhere, however there IS no where else for it. Career mode is the only way to play. Personally I'd like to see a career mode, a sandbox mode and the creator as a third option at the initial login, a bit like it used to be before the creator was added into the career mode from the highest level menu.

I'm not allowed to disagree with a newly added feature so apparently not. Now granted i didn't frame this well but mainly i was curious if anyone else felt the same or if anyone had thought on (like the last post, that post was awesome) alternatives. instead its TWISTED into i want to ruin the game for you! Next some mod(?) is threatening me for defending myself?

Regarding 'take away from the challenge of the game'.

You dont HAVE to create a level maxed, stat maxed horse in the creator
You can create a level 1 horse with the lowest stats possible

If fact creating a horse with mis matched stats gives you a great base for testing the game, you have a solid foundation to see how the leveling algorithms impact your stats without having to sit and waste money refreshing the market for a similar animal.

The custom generator has many beneficial uses other than creating a maxed out critter.

All good points, although i realize you don't have to buy a max level horse and my point there was buying one costs lots of money and thus a challenge. I don't buy horses from the market very much unless i'm starting a new line so i hadn't consider that. Thanks for your constructive feed back.
