Bug at Level 9: Redoing Tasks That Were Already Done Before
I'm so freaking out right now. I have been given tasks where you have to breed a level 5 horse, train it until level 21, and sell a horse that's over 52 initial speed with 65 training speed. The issue is I have already done them, but I have to do them again to reach level 10. Oh my god. This is such a grind killer.

Ugh, I empathize. The game has a very, very bad habit of, say, requiring you to upgrade your training facilities in order to progress, which means that before you actually reach the next rank you need to train your best horse(s) up to the highest level in order to win a race. As soon as you reach the next prestige level, however, it will ask you to train a horse to that new max level -- refusing to accept the fact that you've already done so for completion -- meaning you have to breed a new horse and go allllllllllllllll the way through every level. Again. Rinse and repeat.

It's a frustrating design choice, and, as you said, is too grindy. By level 20 you'll be able to win races with your eyes closed, literally.

At least they added the jumping. You get a good chunk of experience for each jumping competition, so I turn my focus pretty early on to trying to get better times in that, which at least gives me something to do besides gallop in a circle for 60 seconds (holding down the A or D key to stay as far inside as possible) before spending 10 seconds banging on the spacebar.

Tl; dr: I feel your pain. Sorry.
