Been a while. How do I change rider POV? Done it before.

I like the one where you see it from a first person POV, as if you are riding the horse. I can't remember how to get there. Also, I don't know about you, but to make it more realistic, I turn the commentary almost all the way down because you wouldn't hear it during the race on a horse, except perhaps slightly. I like the first person POV though but can't remember how to get there. I tried settings in the race, but it won't work. Is there a button to press that I don't remember?
