Can't progress in story

I'm level 9 and cannot progress to level 10. My only remaining goal is to "train horse to level 21 speed/sprint/acceleration". My Foal stalls are maxed at tier 9 so max horse grade attainable is level 5. Level 5 horses can only reach level 20 in their training. Does anyone have suggestion how I can reach level 10 without completing goals?

Try to buy grade 6 horse off the market and train it

grade 6 horses were not showing up on the market. i spent in excess of $50k refreshing the board. I was able to find a workaround through the Creation Hub - I made the worst grade 6 horse possible so I could afford the $360k to purchase it (I named him Dumpster Fire)

Hi! I will fill out the bug report. And while grade 5 horses can be trained to level 25, I was not able to exceed level 20 due to my cap on training from level 9 training facility.

Currently having this issue myself. Level 9, cant complete my only goal (of training to 21) without upgrading the trainings which i cant do without completing more goals...?

i also em stuck on level 6 for months . can't train my 4 -or-5 stars to max - can't update my storage -just stuck . Help !

Having the same issue now. Stuck on level 9 because I can't upgrade the facility to train the horses to lvl 21. Did you guys get it sorted out?

its been almost a year and we are STILL having this issue, its ridiculous

5 star horses can go to lv25.. if you cannot upgrade your training facilities to accommodate the level you believe is being asked for, double check the goal.. might be a "Train a horse X times in stat" instead of "Train a horse to X in stat", in which case you can level up two 15's train them both to 15 and that'd be training a horse 30 times.. which is obviously overkill..
