Scare the crow achievement

How to get this? I saw the crow at the hospital toilet, it flew away. But still no achievement at all!

Found it, thx yo PM from the dev.

The crow is sitting on the left lantern as you look at police station fence entrance. Shoot at crow 1 time.

Разработчик ответил вконтакте, что ворона сидит на полицейском участке. И то даже после этого я еле нашёл ей.

Слева от входа в калитку на фонаре сидит. 1 раз в неё выстрелить )
