Pineapple Lover ... is the guy super rare?
I played through game+ 8 times by now and have never come across the pineapple guy. Is he supposed to be super rare? It feels a bit off and there are only so many times I can play through the game :(

I think it's a chance thing. I got him (and the corresponding achievement) on my first playthrough.

He will only appear if your ecology is your lowest stat.
